Data, recipients and purpose
I give ООО «ЭЛЛИ ЛОГИСТИК», taxpayer number (INN) 5009135717, separate consent to send my name, phone number, comment and selected listing details to the owner and an authorised AL OASIS CAPITAL specialist via Telegram so they can respond to my enquiry and help me find property. The information is first stored on the controller’s server in Russia. This consent does not cover advertising, public channels or subsequent forwarding to arbitrary recipients.
Third-party service
Telegram is a third-party service with its own processing and retention rules. Using it may involve processing outside Russia. Deleting an enquiry from the CRM does not automatically delete every copy held by the service. This consent does not replace the controller’s obligations regarding data transfers. Do not include passport or bank details or another person’s data.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until its purpose is achieved, it is withdrawn, or 180 days have passed since the enquiry was received, unless another independent legal basis applies. Send a withdrawal to the controller at: Office 2.6/3, Building 6, Vega-V territory, Tsentralny microdistrict, Domodedovo, Moscow Region, Russia. Withdrawal does not undo a transfer already made.
