Separate consent to process an enquiry

Freely, voluntarily and in my own interest, I consent to ООО «ЭЛЛИ ЛОГИСТИК», INN 5009135717, OGRN 1235000061834, registered at office 2.6/3, building 6, Vega-V territory, Tsentralny district, Domodedovo, Moscow Region, Russia, processing the data I enter in the aloasiscapital.ru form. Written withdrawal of consent is sent to the controller’s registered address.
Data and purpose
Purpose: to respond to my enquiry, provide a consultation and find property matching my preferences. Data: name, phone number, enquiry content and, if voluntarily provided, budget, neighbourhood and property of interest.
Permitted operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use to respond and find property, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing uses both automated and non-automated methods.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the purpose is achieved, it is withdrawn or 180 days have passed since receipt of the enquiry, unless a different period has an independent lawful basis. Written withdrawal is sent to the controller’s registered address.
Consent does not cover advertising mailings, public dissemination, automatic transfer to the UAE or processing of special categories of data. Other purposes and recipients require separate legal bases and, where necessary, separate consents.
When using the form, consent is confirmed by a separate checkbox that is not pre-selected, together with submission of the enquiry. This does not replace written consent where the law requires it.
Enquiry storage and access
The enquiry is stored on the controller’s Russian server and is accessible to the owner and an authorised CRM specialist after two-factor sign-in, to respond and find property. The name, phone, comment and selected property are not automatically transmitted through Telegram or WhatsApp. An operational notice of a new enquiry contains no client data or enquiry identifier.
This consent does not authorise later transfer of the enquiry through messengers or outside Russia. If the process changes, the controller must establish an appropriate basis and fulfil applicable legal requirements. A direct enquiry through a messenger link is a separate action by the visitor.
