Technologies used
Cookies are small values a browser sends to a server. Local storage keeps settings in the browser without automatically sending every entry to the server. Where technical information can identify a person, applicable personal data requirements govern its processing.
Essential settings
ao-cookie-preferences-v1: local storage of selected settings, policy version and date. Choices remain valid for 180 days, after which settings are requested again.
ao-language, ao-currency and ao-unit: essential cookies that remember your chosen language, currency and area units for one year after selection. Change them in the top bar menus or delete them through your browser settings. They are not used for advertising or analytics.
meridian-favorites: local storage of property IDs the visitor adds to favourites. No personal contact details are stored. Entries can be removed with the favourite buttons, cookie settings or browser site-data controls. Favourites have no automatic expiry at present; they remain until you delete them or clear browser data.
Analytics and advertising
Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, advertising pixels and session recording are not connected. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent to optional tracking.

Controls
“Cookie settings” is available on every page. You can save essential settings or clear favourites. Site data can also be deleted using your browser.
