Sold out describes sales of a certain volume, but does not replace an assessment of terms and conditions.

What volume is taken as a basis?

Please clarify whether we are talking about the entire master plan, one phase or only the apartments released for sale. A project may report a high percentage of a limited lot when other items have not yet been offered.

What does sale mean?

In different messages, sales may refer to different stages of registration. Correct reading requires methodology and date. The advertising percentage itself does not confirm the readiness of the building, future liquidity or the absence of subsequent resales.

How to use information

The metric helps gauge interest in a particular offer within its terms and conditions. Comparing two projects is only useful if they have the same base. For your own decision, you separately consider price, layout, timing and environment, without replacing these issues with the popularity of the launch.
