Abu Dhabi is preparing LIVEX - an exhibition about the urban environment and investment

The program will integrate real estate, transport, education and health care as interconnected parts of city life.

The first LIVEX exhibition is scheduled for September 29 - October 1, 2026 in Abu Dhabi. The stated venue is ADNEC Center Abu Dhabi. The organizer is the Department of Municipalities and Transport of the emirate; the announcement was published on June 5.

The program focuses on the quality of urban life and investment in the development of territories. Discussions should bring together real estate, mobility, education, health, culture and technology. At the date of preparation of the collection, the event had not yet taken place, so its future results are not presented as achieved.

For the real estate buyer, this approach is useful in that it extends the assessment of the area beyond the boundaries of the individual building. Schools, public spaces, transport and everyday services affect the comfort of living, along with the layout and quality of the home itself.

However, the exhibition program does not confirm the entry of a specific school, road or clinic near the selected object. For each infrastructure element, it is necessary to separately distinguish between existing facilities, construction and longer-term plans. After the event, specific solutions and projects with designated implementation stages will be of interest.
