What jobs are appearing?

A business project may involve offices, retail, hotels, or manufacturing. Employees and visitors to these facilities have different schedules and needs. The actual load on the premises and the launch stage are important, and not just the area at the presentation.

Who will live nearby

Some people prefer a short commute to work, some choose another area because of school or family budget. Therefore, the number of workplaces cannot be automatically transferred to the number of required apartments. It is helpful to look at existing housing and transportation alternatives.

What to track

After announcing the project, monitor the concluded contracts, the opening of organizations and the working infrastructure. For an individual property, walking distance, convenience of services and competing offers are important. The mere fact of being adjacent to a business cluster does not determine the price or future profitability.
