During vacation, many everyday tasks are solved by the hotel. Permanent residence requires food, transportation, school, services, and storage. Take a regular weekday route from your apartment building without relying solely on the services of a nearby resort.

Seasonality of the environment

Activity of restaurants, roads and public places may vary by time of year and calendar of events. To assess, visit the area during several characteristic periods or collect specific observations about the regime of the desired establishments.

Resident access

Check the conditions for using the beach, pool and club. Neighborhood with a hotel does not mean automatic access to its infrastructure. When choosing an apartment, a proven set of amenities and the ability to solve daily problems are more important than the general resort image of the area.
