Number of guests indicates the number of visits or people within the reporting methodology, and overnight stays indicate the duration of use of the accommodation. One guest for seven nights and seven guests for one night give different flows of people for the same number of nights.

Loading

The load rate depends on the available offer and the selected accommodation category. An increase in the number of guests does not always mean the same change in occupancy if the number of rooms has increased at the same time. It is important to compare the same periods and types of objects.

Communication with the apartment

Hotel statistics characterize part of the tourism economy. It cannot be directly transferred to the income of a separate apartment: the location, format, costs and audience differ. For real estate, this is context that should be supplemented with data from the relevant segment and specific object.
