Etihad Rail: next phase of passenger network scheduled for 30 September

The expansion plan includes Dubai and Al Dhaida stations. When choosing a property, the entire route from home to destination is important.

Etihad Rail's passenger network plan calls for the opening of Dubai and Al Dhaidah stations on 30 September 2026. This phase follows the introductory phase of the service between Abu Dhabi and Fujairah, which was scheduled for June 30.

The announced schedule includes further expansion of the network in the Al Dhafra region and the opening of the Sharjah station on March 30, 2027. Al Dhaid is located in the emirate of Sharjah, but its station and the station of the city of Sharjah are different objects with different timings.

As of the date of preparation of the collection, September 19, the opening of the Dubai and Al-Daida stations is still a future event. The launch plan cannot be replaced with a message about the discovery. The actual availability of the desired route must be checked before travelling.

To assess a location, not only the distance to the railway is important. Access to the station, waiting time, transfers and route after arrival are important. Improved intercity connectivity may increase the choice of places to live, but does not in itself determine the future value of a particular apartment.
