Ajman Municipality reported progress on 27 digital initiatives. One analyses market data to estimate average sale and rental prices; no public launch date was announced.
On 29 September, Ajman Municipality and Planning Department reported on its work on 27 artificial-intelligence initiatives. They include Intelligent Valuation AI, which the investment department is developing with 1o Solutions. According to the authority's account, the system collects and analyses market data from various sources and property platforms to estimate average sale and rental prices by location, property type and characteristics.
This is a project to develop valuation methods, not an announcement that a new official calculator is already available to every buyer. The report gives no date for public access, no explanation of how results will be checked and no rule for using the estimate in a transaction. A number produced by the system should not be treated in advance as a binding government price for an individual apartment.
If the tool is implemented and made public with clear explanations, comparing offers in Ajman could become easier. A neighbourhood average can help flag an unusual listing, but it will not automatically account for the building's condition, floor, view, encumbrances, service charges or special sale terms. An investment decision still calls for comparable transactions and a review of the property's documents.
The same announcement also describes digital land-planning tools and rental-regulation services. Those projects are at different stages. We focus here on the valuation initiative and do not attribute to it a public interface or legal force that the source has not confirmed.
What this means for buyers
A future average-price benchmark may help compare Ajman properties; the value of a particular deal still needs separate verification.
