Note when you use each room. Morning light in the kitchen and evening light in the work area can be perceived differently. The direction of the window should be compared with your personal routine, and not assessed separately from it.

Building environment

Neighboring buildings, façade overhangs, and the upper floor balcony affect lighting. Look at what part of the sky is exposed to the room and check the light with the lamps turned off. Advertising photography with additional lighting does not show natural conditions.

Light control

Evaluate curtains, room depth, and screen placement. For panoramic glazing, it is important whether you can work and relax comfortably without blocking the entire view. If the viewing takes place only in the evening, daytime photographs of the chosen apartment will help complement the impression, but will not replace a personal visit.
