Dior opens regional logistics center in Dubai South

The new 7,200 m² center serves boutiques in the Middle East and online orders in the UAE.

The official opening of the Dior regional distribution center took place in Dubai South. This was reported by the press service of the Dubai government on September 21. The facility is located in the EZDubai Logistics Hub and occupies 7,200 square meters on two levels. His tasks include storing goods, processing orders, replenishing boutiques in the Middle East and supporting the brand's e-commerce in the UAE.

Placing inventory closer to regional customers should help the company supply stores with goods faster. The complex received LEED Gold environmental certification. The message also highlighted measures to reduce single-use plastic and the use of electric vehicles for delivery of orders in the UAE.

Connecting business with transport is important to the area: EZDubai has access to Jebel Ali Port through a dedicated logistics corridor and is located next to Al Maktoum Airport. This is an example of how aviation and warehouse infrastructure are combined into one business cluster.
