Saadiyat Grove: Aldar announced the opening of the shopping district at the end of 2026

The Saadiyat cultural district is slated to feature more than 100 brands, restaurants and spaces for work and leisure.

Aldar has unveiled details of Saadiyat Grove, a new retail and dining space in the cultural district of Saadiyat Island. In a Sept. 18 announcement, the company pegged opening in the fourth quarter of 2026. Therefore, for now we are talking about the announced launch, and not about the already opened complex.

The project includes more than 100 brands, including 20 concepts being introduced in the region for the first time. The space is located between Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. In addition to shops and restaurants, the overall project combines residential residences, offices, hotels and recreational opportunities. This structure forms a city block with different usage scenarios throughout the day.

The published program also identifies the first Time Out Market in Abu Dhabi. For future residents of Saadiyat, this is an exciting part of the development of the area: cultural facilities are complemented by places where you can come for a meeting, dinner or spend time close to home.
