The end house may have a different open space, but its shape and boundaries must be seen on the plan. A narrow side strip is not always useful for relaxation. Check the position of walkways, utility areas and adjacent property.

Neighborhood and windows

The number of shared walls is only one factor. For privacy, the direction of windows and terraces is important, and for silence, the location of roads and public areas is important. The average house on a quiet street may be better suited to a particular family than the outermost one near an active entrance.

Look at the parking lot, entrance, and road to the nearest public space. Compare identical configurations and areas to assess the exact position of the house. Do not transfer the benefits of one extreme townhouse to all properties of this type.
