Abu Dhabi connects its property sector with technology startups
06/10/2026
ADREC and Hub71 have agreed to cooperate for two years. Startups will be introduced to property-sector challenges and opportunities to test new solutions.
The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, ADREC, and the technology ecosystem Hub71 signed a memorandum of understanding at LIVEX 2026. Dated 30 September, the agreement initially runs for two years. Its purpose is to connect real property-sector challenges with solutions from technology companies.
ADREC will identify industry needs, while Hub71 will help find startups able to offer suitable tools. The parties envisage potential pilots to test and validate solutions, industry experts participating in team selection and referrals of startups to Hub71 programmes. Cooperation also includes events, practical workshops, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
The scope covers market regulation and the buying, selling and management of property. For owners and investors, the interest lies in the future convenience of property services: clearer interaction with transaction participants and the development of practical digital tools. A cooperation framework has been signed, but this announcement does not present specific services for buyers.
Technology is useful when a convenient interface is backed by clear conditions and reliable information about a property. AL OASIS CAPITAL helps buyers understand offers and move towards choosing a property with broker support. Digital tools can complement this work while preserving what matters most: clear terms, convenience for the client and attention to the details of their future home.
