Dubai AI Campus sets targets of more than 1,000 companies and over 5,000 jobs by 2030

DIFC has announced new targets for the technology cluster and plans for a dedicated building in Zabeel District. Companies already attracted and future targets are counted separately.

On 26 October, Dubai approved new development targets for Dubai AI Campus: attracting more than 1,000 artificial intelligence companies and creating over 5,000 skilled jobs by 2030. DIFC and Dubai's Protocol Department announced the plans.
Since its launch in May 2024, the campus has attracted more than 500 companies. According to the published figures, these businesses have secured over AED 1 billion from private equity and venture capital funds. More than 2,000 specialised technology jobs have been created. The new 2030 figures describe the cluster's overall target scale.
Plans also include a dedicated 100,000-square-foot building within the DIFC Zabeel District expansion. It is intended to contain laboratories, computing infrastructure, conference spaces and a technology experience centre. The announcement presents an architectural concept and development plans; it does not give an opening date.
For property buyers, this provides additional context on the development of central Dubai's business environment. The arrival of new companies helps identify areas in which to examine office supply and employees' everyday journeys. Demand for a particular apartment or commercial unit requires its own assessment.
