LMD has announced the launch of Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. The company’s statement, dated 22 October, describes a Grade A office tower developed in partnership with Christian A. Rockefeller. Devmark is the exclusive sales and marketing partner.

The announced concept comprises 87 floors, four office collections and five floors of shared amenities, including two dedicated to sport and recovery. A business centre is planned for the upper level, with meeting rooms, workspaces and areas for corporate events.

Office formats include individual units, half floors and full floors. The location between Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro stations connects the development with the city’s central business corridor. The release schedules completion for the second quarter of 2031.

For a company choosing a future office, this format allows workspace to be considered alongside shared meeting rooms and meeting spaces. When comparing options, it is useful to clarify which services are included in operating costs, and how guest access and the booking of shared facilities will work.

For an investor, this is commercial property at the project stage with a long delivery horizon. Comparison with completed offices requires a separate assessment of expenses, possible periods without a tenant and contract terms. The infrastructure described belongs to a future building; the tower is not yet an operating business centre.
