UAE PASS is the national digital identity solution. According to the UAE government portal, it allows people to verify their identity with service providers across the emirates using a smartphone.
For someone settling in, it is useful to know that some interactions with organisations take place through digital services. However, installing the app does not automatically give access to every service; check each service’s conditions separately.
Start with the official UAE PASS page and follow its instructions. Do not share account access or verification codes with anyone offering “faster processing”.
