Deyaar has published results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026. In its 22 October announcement, the developer reported profit before tax of AED 541.5 million. This was 27% above the AED 425.7 million recorded for the corresponding period of 2025.
Nine-month revenue reached AED 1,522.9 million, an increase of 5%. Third-quarter profit before tax was AED 205.4 million, 29% above the same quarter a year earlier. The company attributes the performance to project delivery and cost management.
In the same release, Deyaar said it had handed over more than 2,100 properties in its Dubai residential communities since the start of 2026. This is a companywide total. It can help assess the scale of delivery alongside information about individual projects.
For apartment buyers, a developer’s reporting can form part of reviewing its activities. Group results should be considered alongside construction progress at the selected building, handover terms and experience at occupied developments. The relevant evidence concerns the particular project where the property is being purchased.
When comparing offers, distinguish the developer’s financial results from the characteristics of an apartment. Company profit describes its business over a reporting period; property quality, maintenance expenses and future rental terms need separate assessment. The practical value of the release is the opportunity to check the developer’s explanations against dated corporate information.
