On 13 October 2026, ALAIN announced that construction of Rove Home Meydan Horizon had begun following a groundbreaking ceremony. The project comprises 190 fully furnished residences in a nineteen-storey building. The announcement gives the first quarter of 2029 as the scheduled handover. It is the first residential collaboration between ALAIN and Rove Hotels.
The development is in Meydan Horizon, part of Mohammed bin Rashid City in Dubai, near a two-kilometre lagoon. The announcement describes Rove-inspired interiors, modern finishes and hospitality-inspired amenities. The specifications of an individual apartment and what is included are determined by the documentation for the selected offer.
The start of construction gives buyers a clear point from which to follow the project’s development. When comparing furnished formats, compile one consistent list: which furniture and appliances are included, how the finishes are specified, which spaces and services are communal, and what costs will arise after handover.
